We have recently reduced the cooling off period for your customers from 14 days down to 0 days which is why you will now see commissions appear immediately within your affiliate account.

This now allows our affiliates to withdraw due commissions immediately a sale is made. To allow for possible refunds and or charge backs made by your customers we have to increase the period from the time an affiliate requests commission and the time it is paid.

We have now increased this from the 7 days stated to 21 days.

By allowing affiliates to withdraw commission on request we provide a far more flexible approach than if we were to adopt a monthly commission run where our affiliates could wait up to 60 days to receive payment.

I trust you will appreciate the reasons for making these adjustment and that your affiliate commission stated below will be paid within 21 days of the date you made the request.
