Solution Open an Individual trading account for futures with IB and subscribe to the free US market Data.

Download IB's stand alone TWS trading platform.

Subscribe to Sierracharts (about $10 per month) and download their software.

They have several instructional videos on their site on how to setup charts and connect to IB.

Download Bracket-trader, it is free. Make sure that the IB platform is opened first, when you open bracket-trader IB will ask you to confirm the connection, just click yes.

Bracket-trader allows you to trade your IB account with one click of the button e.g. you do not have to enter any prices.

You can trade manually with the buy/sell/close buttons or you can enter stops and profit targets into the boxes. You can practice by putting Bracket-trader in simulation mode.
