60MT - HOW MUCH PER FUTURES CONTRACT DO I NEED?
60MT - HOW MUCH PER FUTURES CONTRACT DO I NEED?
Solution
UPDATE: 26th June 2010 - We are now able to align our clients with Global Futures who will only require a $500 opening balance.
------------
It depends on the broker some will let you trade 1 contract with as little as $500.
With Tradestation you need $1000 per contract intraday and InteractiveBrokers (recommended) $1250 per contract intraday. The latter equates to 250:1 e.g. 250 x $5 contract = $1250
